The Authority operates entirely from its office complex located at the Ministry of Health Complex along Independence Way, No.18, Kaduna. It has five departments: Admin And Finance, operations and quality Assurance, Planning Monitoring Evaluation and Procurement, Information and Communication Technology, Marketing and Enrolment, all headed by the Director-General Mal. Abubakar Hassan. Also, KADCHMA Governing Board was inaugurated on 24/1/ 2019. Organizational Structure of the Authority: The Head of the Authority is the Director-General.
