Mal Abubakar Hassan attended University of Leeds where he backed Bsc. (Hons) Information systems and MSc Health Informatics. He also attended Leeds college of technology and obtained a certificate in Access to Higher Education in Computing, he went to Federal Polytechnic Kaduna and obtained OND in Business Administration, He also attended Kaduna State Polytechnic Zaria and obtained a Diploma in Public Administration. While he was in the United Kingdom, he was exposed to the Health insurance Agency where he worked as IT support officer and ICT Officer National Health Service, United Kingdom. He also worked as Validation Officer in charge of SURE-P MCH, Marketing Officer, Intercellular, Nigerian Wireless Telecommunication LTD, Administrator, Transport Department, Kaduna Refining and Petrochemical Corporation (KRPC), Protocol Officer (Temporary), Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Class Six Teacher, Mohammed Umar Primary School Unguwan Muazu Kaduna State.
